Solved it. Oversight on my part as i didn't see that there's also an update.rpf on the mods folder so the dlclist.xml there only contained the first 2 cars that were working when i enabled the mods option on OPEN IV.

I'm having a little problem with some of the addon cars i downloaded here. I have the addon car spawner installed properly since i can spawn vanilla and official dlc cars but in regards to the addon vehicles only 2 models has worked for me which are the P1 and P1LM, all the others i freshly downloaded and updated the dlclist.xml gives me an error.

Anyone can tell me what i'm missing here? already updated the gameconfig for 2060 along with the heap and packfile..
