I cant get my Gta v to run its been exiting unexpectedly any suggestions on what to fix or do

it said to install a gameconfig i did and it crashed my game i tried others but they dont sem to work any fixes for this problem

hi i just got gta v for pc and im having trouble installing mods every time i click download it just loads a notepad not a file folder i install all the tools script hook v and open iv i need help i dont know what to do
