I hate having to do lods textures, is there a little program to do them automatically?

With CodeWalker >Info>texture>Dictionary I've solved that mistery and many others!
In \x64g.rpf\levels\gta5\generic\gtxd.rpf\
there are millions duplicates of textures, much part ground/walls and finally my "hell linked" bite sign texture (also viendemorte and others of beverly center)

I need help!
I'm modding SantaMonica Promenade but I'm stuck in one stupid point.
Anyone who modding for real stores and shop, have found the "Pharaoh cosmetics eye" DDS file?
I can't find it in anywhere ! I've look in every sm_xx.rpf (also on every ydr and ytd inside) but nothing, the image isn't inside the right ydr so it must be somewhere else...but where is it?
I hope in anyone luckiest than me!
