I noticed some short videos on YouTube about a house nearby Franklin's home in Vinewood Hills having the front window bloody when shooting at it. I tried it in-game, but no blood appeared, for me looks like a normal window. I'd have provided images with the location, but the capture program isn't working for now. However, those videos can be found on YouTube, at "gta 5 bloody window" search they pop up. Is it an Easter Egg in an update placed by the developers, a mod or those videos are just edited? If it's a mod, someone knows where can i find it?

@ikt i tried 1604, but the R* SC starts in a small window and I simply can't find the settings to make it fullscreen
it displayed "[esc] to close" but nothing happened when i pressed esc

you say i need to downgrade ScriptHookV, ScriptHookVDotNet and NativeUI to make the game work properly?
also, AfterHoursSP by jedijosh920 isn't working (i can't enter the building), can i fix it somehow or should i forget that mod?

This is displayed everytime I try to enter a vehicle with a protagonist:
FATAL: Can't find native 0x36D782F68B309BDA
Also, i've installed GangMod by jedijosh920 and when i hold longer the aim, the game freezes and crashes.
I reinstalled Script Hook V more times and searched "native", but i have NativeUI. I installed NativeUI Library 1.9.1 from gta forums, but it doesn't fix my issue. Game version 1.0.231.0, build 877, online 1.36
I can't do anything in-game, including missions, if this won't be fixed. Any help suggestion for fix would be much appreciated.
