HERE IS SOLUTION!!!

So i think i have found a solution for you.
Try this:
Open you OPENIV then select tools from the top,and then select ASI loader.
Check if every program in there is installed, if not, install all of them.

That's it! I hope it works because mine wasn't working too and then i tried this and it worked.
