it lets you have any image size you want and it prevents from loosing textures in the game and hq textures cars

Hi Guys So I was playing gta v and for some odd reason i get crappy draw distance like everytime i press c textures go pop in
and for the one that annoys me is the inside of a car and i mean really they will turn like old gen like cars like the dials become nothing animated this annoys me i have decal5 and some modded cars please help me

also how many decals i can have on decal5?
