Probably because your computer can't handle the memory reading therefore loading the areas more slowly, if you have a good computer(idk like a good graphics card), then go to your settings in game and crank up the view distance.
What mods do you have installed? If you have a trainer installed, check to see if you have an "ignore player" option enabled.
