Does anyone know if you can edit a BLUS script so it only shows 3 mod menus instead of a list of 38?

Modded GTAV on PS3 without jailbreak, is there a way to avoid it freezing? Also, is it possible to edit the script in the BLUS to only show 3 mod menus instead of 38? Thank to anyone that helps
