So lets say i add a car to the data base. Is there any way to keep the data base after restarting the game?

So i installed the mclaren P1 mod. It worked fine, but after some time playing it gets buggy.

Hey guys! I have a little problem. I tried to install the Hummer h1 ( replace method) but every time i get in game and spawn the car that should be the hummer, (patriot) its just the default one. I tried to delete the files and than put the hummer ones, but its still spawn the patriot.
Can someone help me please? THX!
