@Cass i found our culprit. it was ATM Bank Heist mod. it destroys my rockstar editor. thx again for the help im hoping this helps anyone else using that mod with this issue

@Cass im sorry i hate to be annoying im still learning. how do i uninstall game config? i watched a youtube video to get the one i have now set up and all the videos are on infinite cars. im not to sure what im doing with openiv

@Cass sorry just got your reply. do you want me to post what game config version im using? cuz i dont see a log file for that. i installed it using openiv. i would post the openiv log but apparently its too big to paste, i could cut some of it if you think it would help but as for the version of gameconfig its version 14.0 this is a link to it https://www.gta5-mods.com/misc/gta-5-gameconfig-300-cars
