So i have tried pretty much everything in the book to figure this out, with the Vocal Dispatch mod you're suppose to be able to use your voice, right? Well according to the mod when you request a ped check, you get f*ck all. This has been a problem since I downloaded it.
I have gone through 2 times and done the speech recognition just so the computer can learn my voice a bit more; which has helped a lot in using vocal callouts.

My only problem is "Requesting ped/person, requesting plate check and half the time Requesting pursuit backup" don't recognize and send a error saying they didn't copy. I tried saying the words EXACTLY how they are pronounced and still got the same thing. I've also tried using different phrases, I.E Request person, request check, etc that are all in the file.

All mods are up to date, all plugins are up to date, game is legal/UTD so I can only imagine this is either my accents fault (wouldn't make much sense cause everything else has worked besides those three) or the mod just doesn't actually work for checking a ped or plate.

The license plate check, ped check and pursuit back are the ones that are very touchy. Anyone else have this problem and got it fixed? It would be nice to stay in my car and ask for a plate check verbally instead of clicking 4 buttons on my keyboard.

Also, I've even tried changing the language (yes I translated the language like he said to do) and doing it that way but I have had no progress with those 2 and little bit of 3 phrases.

Does anyone have a backup version 55 for RPH? I reverted to 1103 so I can use all the LSPDFR mods I have and for whatever reason they decide to delete old RPH versions.

Mine weren't showing up either, namely Rmod's BMW I8, the Lexus GS 350 cop sedan.
You need to edit the DLClist and ExtraTitleUpdateData files and create a new folder in "update/x64/dlcpacks" and name it whatever the text file says to.

Always make a backup of the files just in-case. Not many people will hand over a unedited file because they look at it as "piracy".

Also keep in mind, the more add-ons the more of an impact it will have on your FPS if you add them into regular traffic.

Did you install it manually or automatically? I never had luck with the auto install. And did it make a MiniCrashReports folder when it crashed?

I have tried looking on Google and some other GTA V Mods forums but I am not exactly sure how to word it when I search for it. Does anyone know of a mod that makes traffic somewhat normal? And let me explain what I mean by this.

I use LSPDFR a lot, it's pretty much the only reason I play the game at this point.
And every time I get a call for anything that has to do with shooting, I.E Gang activity, bank robberies, etc. The traffic decides to lose its mind and act like a chicken with no head causing me to swerve through traffic and try not to destroy my car on a pole (I have a Realistic Damage mod installed). Most of the mods I happen to come across were posted in 2015 and no activity sense. So I can only assume it will not work with the new 1290 version GTA V.

Is there possibly a way, or mod, that makes the traffic stay in one place or at least pull over (like when you zip through traffic with sirens & lights on and they pull over).

The only mods I have installed are a Realistic Damage mod, Realistic bullet damage, and LSPDFR. (Soon to be a tow truck mod for when I arrest people once I can find one.)
