in REditor without mods there are no clouds
no matter how much you reinstall the game, nothing will change

i find same problem with snow too

Leec2202 have filter but dont have (brightnes contrast )

and no one have

Camera, Depth of Fild, Effects
from Rockstar Editor Photo and Filter meny
to single player game meny
witch possibility to play witch selected settings
and ini save the settings
maybe witch options to save different settings
and selekt witsh one clik

and if any posibility to have
real Cameras options

i test final clean game version and have same effects
i see clouds in game on most wether settings but when i want edit recorded clip in Rokstar editor dont show most of them
in defferent weather

i try 0.0, 0.5, -2.5, 2.5, 12.5 an if i do wheelie i cant balanced drive to leeft or right

now if drive on the rear wheel you can only go straight without the ability to control the direction of movement

with modified cars etc (pops up a message about the wrong text)

Does anyone know how to export?
