wait so do i need to launch the game through rage for the mods to work?

• the mods i tried to use were scripthook, trainerv, and scripthookdotnet. i also tried to use a custom ped, but i did not try it out yet.
• my game version is 1.0.1737.0

ive only had gta5 for about 2 weeks now, and i really wanted to try out some mods like scripthook and trainerv and some peds. i literally have everything installed, have followed so many tutorials, and have done all the things that i could think of, but none of my mods work in game. im just so confused and i really need help. i have gone from website to website whenever i had a chance to get on my computer, and have tried so many solutions, but im just so confused as to what im doing wrong.
