Exactly as the title says. Upload new file, automatically set it as primary when it is approved. It not already working this way seems like an oversight.

Too early for that. We still don't know exactly what is going on. At least wait until we hear it from GooD himself.

@SancrisWolf These two things have no correlation.
New layout looks nice. I'm glad we can keep track of old uploads now. I'm sure this will be useful in the future.

@tall70 im discussing this with admins . and later we shall ask rockstar as well may be.
If admins agree we will host those files 1.4 gb max size . which can be put into working legit copy of the game and it will downgrade the game to working older version. Currently csnt host such files like exe vlauncher or update.rpf cuz its against website policy .
May be we can atleast provide a link to those alternate files . but only after admins agree and we have discussed this.
Don't get shut down too

This is stupid, why would they call ''Illegal'' a modding tool for Singleplayer? This is totally legal! They are just too thirsty with the money, those idiots don't know that most of the people buy GTA 5 to mod the game, the console players are an exception.
But seriously though, modding is what makes the game better, even better than that online bullcrap, this is the main reason why GTA 6 is going to be an epic fail. This shut down will create a war and probably even send R* to the grave.give me a break. if take2 was your business, you'd do the same thing. take2 is in business to make money. period. your happiness is a byproduct of that. honestly, I'd do the same thing. I also wouldn't care what less than 1/10 of 1 percent of the people who buy my have to say. modders are one timers. they buy the game and never look back. thier target is the people who are content to play the vanilla version online and buy the shark cards.
face it, the various petitions floating around the web have barely 30k signatures. now GTA V has moved 70 million units since release. on track to be 3rd on the list of best selling game of all time. If it were my property, I'd protect it too. and deep down, you all know you would too.think about it. 70 million vs. a mob of 30k .. not even a drop in the bucket.
I am a game developer and I can say with 100% certainty that all my games are built and will always be built to support modding. Modding the game adds to the fun after the shine has worn off.

Anyone interested in working with me, doing some ZModeler3 work?
Why? GTA 5 modding is officially dead by the coming morning.
Jeesus... I guess I have to post this here, too.
You do realize this does not stop you from modding or playing the game, don't you? New mods can still be made, installed, and played, just like before. Prevent your game from updating by using the launcher bypass, use the current Scripthook version and OpenIV 2.9 (block it from the internet using Windows Firewall), and you're modding and playing like nothing ever happened. Making firewall rules for OpenIV.exe won't do anything if you don't turn on your firewall! Don't forget that important step.
Nothing is dead except OpenIV. And even then it's only dead in the sense that it will no longer be updated. v2.9 still works just fine.

Considering this happening just before an update to Scripthook that would support the GunRunners update, I feel it is necessary to show T2 how weaponized vehicles should really be done. Anyone interested in working with me, doing some ZModeler3 work?

@Elope @Rarefacer @FoxtrotDelta @PNWParksFan @westcoastsosa @InfamousSabre @DarthPungz and everyone else on this thread. Just click on uninstall later message, its like the winrar trial ended message.
It isn't about the nag message. We've got that part sorted already. It's about them killing development of the #1 tool used for modding GTA files. So many things left undone.
