I know EnforcerZhukov dropped a mod that lessened all AI's accuracy, not sure how well it'll work for you but accuracy tweaks are fairly easy to make yourself too!

[Need Help] Rigging NPC's Upper to MP Freemode Male Body
Far too long now I've seen one and only one guy able to get the Lost MC's NPC vests and other wear rigged onto the freemode male character, and I have yet to figure out how to do it myself let alone find a tutorial on how to do it.
I've tried using 3ds Max to get one of the bikers' vests to work using Gabriel Augusto's tutorial How to Convert MP Clothes to SP (see below) in reverse as others have suggested to get SP characters' clothes on MP characters before but the results weren't the same. I'm new to modelling as a whole so maybe it was the wrong first step for me but this is also hugely a need for me.
If anyone has this figured out for any NPC - not just the Lost MC guys - PLEASE throw a tutorial or some knowledge my way, or point me in the right direction! Any help is greatly appreciated!!

Adding secondary textures to models?
Hey guys, got a request for a tutorial today.
I have little-to-no experience with 3dsmax and zmodeler, most of my experience lies in Photoshop. That being said, I've done plenty of texture edits for GTA V, but I'd like to take it one step further. I want to edit one of the biker cuts to have another, secondary texture overlaying the base one. It's practically impossible to do a half-decent retexture in order to put some custom patches and pins on it. Would it be possible to somewhat "paint" a separate normal and bump map with a different layout than the original texture onto the original model, while still utilizing the original texture?
Any help is greatly appreciated!

RE: New GTA Online DLC: GUNRUNNING
@LDNENG The saddest part is they still could've, at the very least, made it the same aimless money grind, just way more traditionally GTA than they ended up making it. So much for not selling out to the little kids, huh? It just hurts to see so, so, sooo much potential go to complete waste. No more street-level cars and criminals, no more crazy car chases, no more "gang-bangin' like its the 90s" even if Lamar said it in the Lowrider DLC, just James Bond super villains and their bulletproof super cars and military-grade arsenals.
@Eddlm And that's the thing, had half this stuff never come to online to begin with, this would hardly be an issue at all. I don't know what happened to the community and why it always has this "I need something better" mentality now instead of "I need something genuinely new/refreshing." More "better" vehicles isn't gonna make the game fun.

RE: New GTA Online DLC: GUNRUNNING
Am I the only one genuinely upset by this update? I mean don't get me wrong, to each their own, but I honestly feel that Rockstar has entirely ditched everything that made GTA GTA.
We've always had stuff that was over-the-top, but I feel like this is more of an off-brand Saints Row game now. We've lost our gangster ways, and have had less and less incentive to be gangsters. As of this update, that'll be totally out the window (if it wasn't already). At this point there is absolutely no immersion to the game at all.
Sure, the updates always have something cool in them, but it's always something even more game-breaking. GTA:O is an unplayable mess unless you're just "following the trend" at this point, so to speak.
