none will answer me or help me ?

Hello i downloaded new mods, after when I tried to open GTA v I got problem, I fixed it by myself, but I can't open F4 (the 2nd panel) (im using 2 panels at the same time ( blue panel and orange panel)) it says "CORE: An exception occurred while executing 'EnhancedNativeTrainer.asi' (0x00007FF93B2B17E0), id 28"
