Thats perfectly reasonable for any mod site. If the author is inactive, the author is inactive. Doesn't automatically give anyone the right to republish their work. Same rules apply as any other retexture, post your files and your files alone, link to the mod that they are designed to work with, and provide instructions on how to implement your own textures.

I'm not sure even NVE does that. Could you imagine trying to render real time reflections on every vehicle surface present on screen? Might as well be ray-tracing at that point. The performance would be so abysmal I'm not sure if anyone would bother doing it, let alone make it work.

@Brukanator Whats unhelpful about it? Its how the game works, tyres squeal when you break traction. Braking hard will break traction. The keyboard is an on/off switch so braking hard is the only option. If you want to drive normally you need some way to modulate your inputs, i.e. a controller or pedal.

all you need is simple troubleshooting. Back up all your mods, then re-install the game. Install mods one by one and launch the game after each install. When the game refuses to launch, uninstall the last mod and try again. If it works then whatever that mod was is the cause. Its not something that can easily be found just by looking at game files.

you keep the back up in a separate folder well away from the steam launcher folder. If your game becomes corrupted or problems arise, simply delete the files contained within the games root folder and copy the backup files back into it. You cannot launch from the backup folder.

Honestly, at this point the game is near limitless. I currently have 170 dlc packs installed, with well over 700 addon vehicles. I have 3 map mods, 2 graphics mods (visual vanilla and ENB), as well as custom made popcycles, popgroups and several script mods.

NVE (and most reshaders) increase the light emissives for brighter, more vibrant lights at night. The only work around is to change the emmissives in the model itself. Stryfaar created an emissives fix for vanilla vehicles by providing new models for the affected vehicles, you would likely need to do the same for your prius.

Hi Guys,
I'm trying to fix a series of missing modkits in my game, I have used a variety of tools to scope through the games files and have confirmed that every single vehicle in my game has a unique modkit ID and there are no conflicts, however, kits 107 through to 128 (and a select few others, haven't confirmed what the ids are) still refuse to work. I have changed the IDs of these vehicles countless times but I cannot get them working.
Removing mods naturally fixes the issue, but I cannot pinpoint it to any specific mod, a variety of them can cause the issue, leading me to believe that it is perhaps a memory issue? I have some 150+ vehicle dlcpacks and over 700 addon vehicles in game, and this modkit issue is the only problem that I am having now.

If you're just talking about new addon cars spawning in traffic, you just need to edit your popgroups file to add the vehicle to normal R* traffic. My Popgroup Editor makes that really easy if you have Excel and have a lot of vehicles to add, if its just one or two then it may be easier to add them manually.
