I just noticed. The Declass Merit for the Prison has slightly wrong wheel collisions. I think. The wheel sinks into the ground slightly.

Reinstalling the game(without deleting everything in the game folder) will not remove mods that are scripts. You should delete all files in the folder and reinstall. Your save game should be in a different folder.

Deleting the game folder itself(GtaV) will get rid of all mods in the game, regardless of script, cars, guns, etc.

@GlobalHawk_MSI Carvaration.meta, vehicles.meta, gameconfig, and others to make cops to spawn in them. Or you can just replace the cars.

I know... Currently there are no mods that does this. Just a side note. The 3 main characters do have parachute models. The trainer does not make it visible at times. There are around 3-8 different models of parachutes. Atleast one model lets you put on the parachute and let it stay.
TBoGT lets you wear the parachute as a clothing item right? Atleast one model lets you wear it as a clothing. The online model lets you wear it as a clothing(The model itself. Not online online.).

@Hyper-Droid Yea but the thing is, Skyrim already has a kid feature. The original game had the voice acting and even an event where you kill this sister(kid) and another kid comes up and congrats you.

Kids were not in any Gta games(including this one). Rockstar is not responsible for the kid's mod and the punishments that may arouse. If such punishments do arise, Rockstar would just blame the mod creator.

P.S: Making a kid mod is easy. Just move skeleton and scale body. And weight copy. Easy. It is is the voice acting that has issues.
