When Open IV asi is in the directory GTA5 will crash,

I have tried 0 mods with only that file finding it crashes and the opposite all my non rpf mods run perfect without the asi file.

I would like to add rpf changing mods but without the asi loader this is not possible, would love some insight thanks.
