HEY! I know this is a little off topic. but do you know exactly step by step how to install the mod or mod menu to get it to work? also. Ive found a lot of "mods" but haven't found the "mod menu".

Hey, Ive been trying to figure out how exactly to install the mods onto my xbox. people say you just drop it into a flash drive and plug it in, but i feel that theres more than that. I want to play with some of these mods. But I dont know how to get them to work. ALSO! I cant figure out what the mod menu controls are. Like how to open it and use it. Can anyone help me???? I need step by step please. Im unfortunately using a macbook.
