@QBit07 Thank you! Gameconfig actually worked for GTA 1.0.1868.1. So that part was resolved

I have both No_GTAVLauncher.exe (application) and No_GTAVLauncher.asi in my GTA V main directory folder. But I launch my GTA V through Steam. Is that enough to block updates? What can you recommended to me so I can prevent GTA V from updating in the future?

P.S.

I have tried launching the game using the No_GTAVLauncher.exe and GTAV.exe (both in the main directory folder) but the game crashes.

@QBit07 I need to downgrade to I can use the Gameconfig xml for unlimited add on vehicles. The only available Gameconfig is for 1.0.1868.0. I can't have 20 + Vehicles without the correct gameconfig. No, I am not using GTAVLauncherByPass. I have precisely followed all the steps provided on the YouTube link on this topic. LauncherBypass is not working for me.

I followed the steps from this YouTube guide

The GTA V (Steam version) launches successfully but crashes after 5 seconds in to the game loading screen with the sirens
I already disabled updates for Steam.

I have already reinstalled GTA V multiple times. I have a back up of the game and restored it from Steam. My back up version when installed is 1.0.1868.1

I also did a clean install of GTA V following the guide from Rockstar support: https://support.rockstargames.com/articles/360001039047/How-to-Perform-a-Clean-Install-of-Grand-Theft-Auto-V-on-PC

I tried to download a fresh GTA V from Steam and the version was 1.0.1868.1 too. I tried to downgrade the fresh install of GTA V but it still crashes

Is anyone experiencing this? Any help would be appreciated.
