I allow myself to create this topic because I am having a problem with my game. I'm on a small machinima project, and I need to install some mods, including AddonPeds. I perform the installations, I copy paste the files etc, I install Open IV, Addon Peds, in short.

At first, I launch the game, it crashes completely and an error message is displayed: "Out of memory. Please restart and relaunch the game". So I delete all the files mods in question as well as the scripts and mods folders, I uninstall Open IV, I lower the resolution, I go from 3840x2160p to 2560x1440p. I restarted the game without mods, it works. I don't understand.

Yet my configuration is as follows:
I9-9900KF
ROG STRIX Z390-E Gaming
RTX 3070 Ti
64gb of RAM
Windows 11

I rerun all installs of mods etc, at 1440p resolution, except this time when the game launches, it freezes at the splash screen when the first two stars
are displayed, and returns to the desktop. I had to redo the installations several times, I haven't found any solutions yet, although after consulting the help videos. If you know how to solve this problem, I would be grateful. Thanks in advance

I have an i9-9900KF, a Z-390E motherboard, and a ROG RTX 3070 Ti GPU. And I also have 64gb of RAM. My first question is: Is the configuration of a PC important in terms of export speed? Then, is it possible to use the fast export setup with 0.5 / 10 motion blur and full HD and possibly 2K image with 24 frames per second? Sorry for my English and thank you in advance for your answers.
