It's not what I'm looking for. I can't be more precise, I'm not talking about a NPC protecting us or something, but really about every pdestrians doing nothing else than following us.

Does anyone remember this code from PS2's GTA that made all pedestrians follow us? You know, this one: (go to 6:44)

(but also including the fact they can get in your car and ride with you).
I'd like to know if this is possible to recreate this cheat code as a mod, and also making it work during cinematics if possible. Thanks a lot for your help in advance
