Opinions on the redux visual mod, what do we all think? Pros and Cons?

I'm looking for some help in finding a mod that makes the background police chatter louder than it is now, I remember having the mod but can't for the life of me actually find the download or name of it. I believed it had settings for 50% louder or 100% louder (I could be wrong though)

Hey guys, is there a way or mod to install (like the taxi one there is) to turn the brightness down on gauges (particular in aircraft)

Hey guys, do we have a usable Bell412 model for GTA5? I am a huge helicopter fan and would love to able to fly one around Los Santos. I found a model that was used in GTA4 but its a wtd file that I wouldn't have no idea have to even change to be able to use it or even open the file for GTA5...is it possible to make one up somehow?

I'm wondering if replacing the vanilla 747 model plane that's already in the game is at all possible? I'm wanting to replace the 747 model with say something smaller like the A320 or A330. I have tried to find a replacement but cant - only add on type modes. Any help or advice would be greatly apricated!
