so I am having an issue with the Safehouse and garage mods, Any car i tune and place in my garage the armor never applies. The armor on the car will automatically reset itself to 0% does anyone know of any fixes? This only happens to my cars that are parked inside my purchased garage and apartment.

I Dont know why but all my mods work fine but then my modded contacts end up disappearing from the phone, what is going on? and how can I fix this from happening ?
