Hi. When you said addons, I thought you meant vehicles and peds. I was really surprised to see the number of asi files you have. I'm guessing you have a possible conflict with those files.

Strongly recommend you remove all the asi files except the essential ones - your trainer, heap adjuster, open iv for example. Then slowly add them back. Don't know what else to say, I can only look at my own experience - I have over 300 addons but only 4 or 5 asi files in comparison and they are all critical (OpenIV, No boundaries, Menyoo)

Both screenshots otherwise indicate that everything is good - proper file structure.

BTW, you have Menyoo, do you really need 2 trainers? If not, delete the native trainer - I doubt it is conflicting with Menyoo but who knows.

@Ethical Absolutely no issues with Menyoo, not the fork, the older Mapins version. Spawns new DLC without any issues.

@MONKKIII That's good news and was expected. Can you please send a screenshot of your installation folder, where you have GTA5.exe, showing all the files there. Can you also click on dlclist.xml in OpenIV in your Mods folder and send a screenshot as well so we can see the complete path. Thanks

What bothers me is why you were able to run mods before and now you can't - some file or folder likely got impacted.

For the mods you added, please don't use missions, scripts, or maps - go with current vehicle addons - they are relatively problem-free.

P.S. this video will help you confirm if your mods folder is properly created.

@MONKKIII Sorry I don't understand. Your game will no longer load, is that the problem?
I've had the error you mention and it was, as per the message, a corrupt file - a game texture within an archive which I had deleted.
Assuming you haven't edited any game files, can you run your game without any mods?
To test this just rename dinput8.dll to anything and start your game.
If it does not run, do a verify integrity.

I hate OIV, I like to know what I'm installing and where without having to keep the assembly.xml for reference. This is not a big issue with cars but it can be with peds - so I avoid OIV installers and do it manually.

Tip: you can rename the folder with dlc.rpf whatever you want but it makes sense to give it the same name as the spawn name.

Here's how:

With practice you should be able to this in about 20 seconds or less. This is the basics for anyone new. Ideally you would group addons into packages but that requires patience and some experience.

Tips: you can add the path to dlclist.xml in your favorites menu at the top.
Also, I left the warning dialog on to remind you that addons go in the MODS folder, not the game folder.

@MONKKIII Remove the mods you just installed and restart. You may also have a corrupt save game file.

P.S. Nobody called you an idiot but it is your fault the game is not working.
I've broken my game dozens and dozens of times and it was 100% my fault - my own mistakes, usually something trivial, just careless - attention to detail is critical here because the slightest mistake can result in a game no longer working and error messages and log files are often totally useless.

Start from scratch. Assuming you have Open IV with its components and at least Scripthook and dinput8.dll.
Now create your mods folder, and add one mod only.
Install the mod as per instructions (should be in your dlcpacks 99% of the time) and update dlclist.xml. Once you are used to this, you will never need instructions again.

@makavelinow Strange. Try resetting all the graphics and advanced graphics to default? Sorry can't help much more than that.

P.S. Do you have any ENB or visual/graphic modification addons installed? If so, that's likely the cause.

This is what your mods folder should look like. You don't need to copy hundreds of files from the game!

You have two items in your mods Folder:

1. The Update Folder
2. The file x64v.rpf

You have two items in your Update Folder

1. The x64 Folder
2. Update.rpf

You have 1 item in you x64 Folder

1. The dlcpacks Folder - this contains all your addon peds, vehicles, props, map addons etc.

That's it, that's all.

And this is what it looks like from OpenIV.

The package called Update.rpf has important files you edit, principally your dlclist.xml

@MONKKIII Select any 7 cars from 2019 forward if possible, old models are sometimes tricky to install.

The only other thing i can think off is a conflict between maps - that wouldn't be much of a surprise.
Try, by trial and error, removing some and see if you get a fix.

Actually you don't need all those files. I'll post a video.

@MONKKIII Ok. My suggestion is to remove your last 6 packs, and replace them with 7 new and different packs. To see if you can go beyond 21 and to see if the issue is with one or more of those 6 packs.

The instructions are in the mod page. You need OpenIV. You put it in Edit Mode.
You take all the files in the downloaded folder (not the folder itself), hit Ctrl A or Select All, and drag them to the folder below.
You will want to backup your files first (or restore them from games folder) in case you don't like the mod - there is no undo, no uninstall.

Replace the files in:
x64v.rpf\models\cdimages\streamedpeds_players.rpf\player_one

However, what it should read is
mods\x64v.rpf\models\cdimages\streamedpeds_players.rpf\player_one

You want to install in your mods folder, not the game folder.

Not sure what to tell you. I've seen this problem posted before and fixed, unfortunately we are rarely told what the fix was.
Have you updated your game config to the latest version?
This one is updated and popular but you can try others - if that's the problem.

It could also be just a really bad mod that is causing the crash. Do you recall when the problem started? I would try removing some of the last mods you added, then add some completely different mods to see if you can get over the 21 issue. Check the comments sections before you download, some mods are a disaster and this is reflected in the comments section.

@Beyond- sounds like you really got your info from the wrong people, including a virus? Yes, the game can be modded, you can add 500 if you want.
You will need to install the 3 files, particularly the first 2, as @Zuraxo wrote, following the instructions carefully.
You will need to create a mods folder as well. Again, follow the instructions with each Mod you download. Shout if you need help.
