Something you can do, is think how long it has been hapenning.
For example, it started three days ago, so go and check the scripts mods you installed more than 3 days ago, one by one until it stops revving your car.

You really should watch videos if you're a fist timer. Don't forget to use a mod folder or keep an unmodded copy of your GTA5.

Like the other guy said, you should use the mods folder, and if you want to install add-on cars don't forget to install one of the several gameconfig.xml fix mods that are on GTA5mods.

@Zievs Oh, thanks. If it's no trouble for you, you could edit the handling file to make the in-game car match the Audi RS-2 Avant speed and handling.
