Is this happening to just me?

Hello,
I cannot save vehicles in the Menyoo menu. It says error: unable to save file. It cannot save any xml file or any car. It can read the xml files but cannot save anything there.
Is anyone having this issue? What can I do to get rid of this and save vehicles? I am running the updated mods and am using the current version of GTA.
