Is there a tutorial on how to transfer mod from san andreas / IV to GTAV?

We have had wonderful weapon mods on GTAV so far however sometimes we can not get the perfect first person aim pov due the weapon model setup of the fps 3d coordination between different stock weapons.

but i have thinking is there any script that help to manipulate the view of each particular weapon model and store it in an ini file like the better vehicle fps mod for vehicle control

Found something interest from san andreas mod library as well but not available yet on GTAV.
Those classic looking bikes. hope that can find a way to convert them to GTAV with a touch of higher render resolution from the new engine
