This has been the most seamless update for me since Tuners. Easy update, revert, drag and drop new folder into dlcpacks and play with new content, 0 issues. IDK what will happen when the new SHV comes out and I upgrade everything unless Rockstar pulls another Launcher stunt then I will delay doing that indefinitely.

Tuners group of cars is certainly weird. My game crashes if I try to remove the flags as I normally do. The only way I get past the hard rev limit is via ikt's gear ratios mod. It'll basically allow you to acheive any speed you want all factors considered.

And I had always preferred to play in SP map mode which this had worked for too. But yeah as far as staying updated I've always preferred to. It's a headache to stay on an old version of the game as I always expect there to be problems eventually. Most of the times I do it is because I'm too lazy to update every thing.

I wound up fixing it that way shortly after my comment actually. The track (and Transfagarasan and a few others) have been working for me ever since. The only thing that remains broken for me is the Casino in SP mod (that isn't on here for some reason but another site) where you fall through the ground. Since that isn't a traditional dlcpack mod I have no clue how to fix it.

Identical Cars Spawning Issue
I've been doing modding for a while and use a custom popgroups full of lore vehicles (and I went through and removed anything with no LODs which significantly reduced crashes in town). I've edited the frequencies of vehicles, spawn distances, covered all of the basics. I also have my vehiclevarietymultiplier set to 5.5.
On most occasions, I have no issues. Crashes are rare, the traffic is really diverse and changes like it's supposed to. My hardware handles it very well. I have 6GB VRAM and it supposedly tries to allocate more than if my vehiclevarietymutiplier is high but I have no issues.
BUT, every so often there is a period where the traffic just gets stupid. I can go months without issues, but then all of a sudden when the game loads the traffic is fine but progresses to me noticing only 5 or 6 different cars are spawning. I go to different areas (rich/mid/poor) and it stays the same. I go to the countryside and it's different because the popgroups for that area is totally different, but then I go back to the city and it seems to spawn new cars... but then it sticks to 5 or 6 of those again.
When this happens, further changing my vehiclevarietymultiplier does nothing. Usually 5.5 is plenty, almost excessive. But when this stuff happens I could change it to 20 and it's still exactly the same. Shut down computer, restart, etc, still the same issue. Eventually, it'll go away and all of a sudden traffic is smooth and diverse again without me doing ANYTHING differently or making any changes.
I've experienced this on two different computers with the same settings and I really have no clue what the issue is. It is not a hardware problem. If I show videos and pictures I've taken in the past, my popgroups tends to be pretty impressive and stable most of the time. But this just keeps happening every so often and I cannot put my finger on what the problem is. At this point, I just want to know if anyone has experienced similar (preferably people who are already well-versed with popgroups, the vehicles.meta settings and settings.xml multipliers).

Yeah I've noticed that when loading up OpenIV lately it takes forever when it says (connecting), a problem I've never had before.

Sound deadening from Cognoscenti
So I've read before that the way the Cognoscenti and Cognoscenti 55 insulate sound is hard coded into their models. Would there be a way to figure out how via CodeWalker and exporting the models as xmls? I mean, maybe I'm wrong, but surely there has to be a way to find out how they did that? My intention would be to add it to other luxury cars.

RE: Aggressive Ads
These ads make it impossible for me to look at anything on mobile. They cover entire pictures, seemingly intentionally and it's really bad. This is the worst type and there are several like it. Makes the site damn near unusuable without an adblocker.
