Hey guys, not sure if theres already a mod out there that does this, trying to get my mp character (in storymode) to use Michael's ability(slow time), any suggestions?

Can someone please tell me which line do I edit if I want an addon ped to have the swat loadout and behave like swat?
I already added some models in the dispatch.meta but the template only makes them behave like regular cops.
