how so doesnt openiv automatically install the mods in the mods folder? like say you download a mod read the readme to install i talks about going through open iv what mod do i install in the folder since open iv isnt doing it then for me?

When i load the launcher it starts a update quick i load the game some mods are present but other mods after the update don't take effect i have script hook and ive installed the asi manager ?
