yyeti did it work because i have the same problem

hello i think i have installed all the files in the right place i load up gta and i press f10 the default button to open the menu ive tried a couple of times i restarted gta and then deleted the mod files and everything else then installed them again but still i press f10 and the menu wont open can anyone help me with this problem?!
