Some guys installed a M61 Vulcan on the top of a Toyota Prius. Is not exactly interesting in real life but it should look good in a game like GTA.

[PLAYER] Quiet from MGSV as Pedposted in Requests
There is currently a ped of Quiet, but it has face paint and is missing the gear.
There is a model on https://www.deviantart.com/thepwa/art/MGSV-The-Phantom-Pain-Quiet-578890793 but I'm pretty bad with 3D modeling software.
