Thanks, this provided more than enough for me to clean things up. As it turns out, it was everything under city_industrial_litter_01 that I was looking for, but removing a few more things from the pavement will help too.
I might make a mod for this so that others can have clear pavement too.
@SLY95ZER For me, it's just the images that won't load. Maybe the DDoSers have decided to attack Heroku, the image hosting site.
I wish we could have the option of hosting images either on-site or through image hosting sites that we are already personally on, like Imgur.
Okay, the other missing addon mods were because the vehicle and vehicle mod .RPFs somehow got corrupted. That was a simple fix with backups. I slowly rebuilt the update.rpf the way I had it set up prior, and the new casino exterior still works. The reinstall worked. I must have had something corrupted in my main game.
Did you get a modified gameconfig? You need one to run mods.
In multiplayer, there's no bricks, blue paint buckets, and other small things of garbage laying on the ground. If all that junk was removed from singleplayer, it would make driving around less bumpy, and it might save on a little bit of performance. Has anyone made a mod to get rid of the trash?

First QuantV gets removed by the user, and now the lore-friendly wheels pack has vanished.

Is it going to be back? Is this a glitch? Did I miss some news or something?
BTW, I know Vanilla Works Extended is gone, but I know that one will make a return as it was taken down so the author could separate it from Dispatch Works.
Do you have any more details? What mod is that? Does it rely on a texture that you may have changed? Does this yellow texture appear on all cars?
Menyoo also has that feature, and it just got updated for when the new Scripthook comes out.

Is scripthookV the only script you have installed?
