Thanks, this provided more than enough for me to clean things up. As it turns out, it was everything under city_industrial_litter_01 that I was looking for, but removing a few more things from the pavement will help too.

I might make a mod for this so that others can have clear pavement too.

In multiplayer, there's no bricks, blue paint buckets, and other small things of garbage laying on the ground. If all that junk was removed from singleplayer, it would make driving around less bumpy, and it might save on a little bit of performance. Has anyone made a mod to get rid of the trash?

@SLY95ZER For me, it's just the images that won't load. Maybe the DDoSers have decided to attack Heroku, the image hosting site.

I wish we could have the option of hosting images either on-site or through image hosting sites that we are already personally on, like Imgur.

I have a heavily modified update.rpf file, and OpenIV tells me that I need to change it to the current version, and yes, my game doesn't work because of it. Are there any specifics about what files I need to change (I know of the gameconfig and dlclist and the dlcpatch content)?

Yes, they need to be your files or else the game will think it has been pirated.

EDIT:
Before you reinstall those files after the update, make sure you backup the new versions of all the files above in its own backup folder.
