I was wondering if you guys can do a bow-tie for Michael, with an tuxedo uniform only (which was from a mission named Meltdown), the tuxedo uniform to me isn't that accurate, because it has a normal tie, which one of you guys can do a bowtie, also, the bow tie must be black, not brown (Trevor's).

River City is an new map for GTA 5 I had an idea on, located below south of Los Santos, it is loosely named after River City Prague, an neighborhood featuring modernized buildings in Prague in the district of Karlin,
It also contains European cities/streets:
-Karlin (Prague street, includes accessible features to the Danube House, Nile House, and Amazon Court)
-Pankrac (Prague street, mainly skyscrapers and includes interior to subway station)
-Paris (streets only including the shortened Eifel Tower that is accessible)
-Podgorica (downtown)
-Des Moines (includes accessible plaza, downtown)
-Rome (Modern accessible jubillee church included, Tiber River only)
UPDATE: It is now supposed to be located on the north.
So after I did every clip (39 clips in total) - I am still stuck with this infinite loading screen on GTA V at the pause menu, the rockstar editor is still there loading and won't come up, how do I fix this? I tried searching everywhere for the fixes and nothing came up, so I just want to know how I can fix this?
Forgive me if I am new to GTA-5 Mods, I am glad to be apart of the community searching for a request, this one is a very back-breaking one, now, I don't ask very hard works like this, I was wondering if you guys were wanting to make a map of London/Manchester from GTA London 1961/1969, or Anywhere City from GTA 2. Any questions?
