I have a gameplay channel on youtube where sometimes i record GTA IV animations using Kakashi Hatake skin to answer questions and things like that, and i want to start recording that stuff in GTA V, but no one ever made a Kakashi skin for GTA V, and i dont know any person who can do this for me, so i came here to ask if someone can do that skin for me.
Or if there's a way to import a GTA IV skin to GTA V.

I would really appreciate if someone do this for me.
