I have NVE installed, and when I set the weather to thunderstorm, the frequency of lightning is too high for my liking. Is there a way to decrease the frequency of lightning while keeping the thunder frequency as it is? If so, how can I adjust the lightning frequency separately in NVE? Thank you!

I'm just curious about how this works because simply changing the vehicle class in the 'vehicles.meta' file only causes the vehicle to appear in the class you've selected in the trainer menu.
