Can anyone tell me what objects (if any) vehicles will avoid if placed on a road to create some kind of traffic management or close a lane?

I'm looking for the texture file location / name of the posters on the wall just outside the main airport?

I've found the poster that's on the baggage trolley but can't for the life of me find the iFruit or Car Rental posters.
