@iSOCiO_x Did you install OpenIV.asi and Asi Loader? Do you have a mods folder too? It could be that due to recent updates and patches against GTAO/Single-Player mods and modders that the algorithm for installing mods may have changed. I don't know for sure though, someone needs to confirm that for me.
Mod troubleshooting doesn't go in Requests.
@ghostnguyen Yeah, but who knows, you might get lucky and someone will probably do it for free. You never know. 
Maybe show screenshots of your work, unless you made this thread and you haven't started work on the model yet.

I'm not saying don't do your model, but I'm just saying, from what I can tell, a 2011 Crown Vic is no different from a 1999 version other than maybe the grill, unless someone can point out other details to me that differentiate from one another.
From my previous experience of being here (I've been gone a while so I don't know what's changed, nothing it seems) and asking for mods/seeing other people ask for certain mods they usually end up being asked to pay money for the mod. $30 I remember it being for most people but some will go as far as $250.
Maybe add more details as to what it is you're experiencing.

I don't see why you'd be banned for installing the game to another hard disk. It's not like you went into GTA Online with Menyoo and other multiplayer mods running.

I can't tell what it is, although, if the graphics mods you intend to use revolve around the use of ReShade or ENB FiveM will gladly take it.

I've gotten in touch with the developers of this mod almost a year ago and I asked if they could port more cars from Watch Dogs 1 like the Vessel and all they did was whine about how "it's not worth putting into GTA5 because it's a boring car and nobody wants it".
You can definetly ask them yourself to port some cars over from WD1 but I highly doubt they'll do it.
