Mod idea: Car Engine Stalling: Engine not starting (Vanilla and Add-On cars support)
The car's engine dies (stops/shuts off) after the car hits something (eg.: a fire hydrant, a parked car, a tree, a wall or an impact attenuator) and engine cranks but won't start quickly.
The car must reach a certain minimum speed (20~25mph) for it to take effect;
It can occur at the time of the collision, stopping immediately;
It can occur few minutes after the collision, allowing to drive a few meters further.

The car flys out of the tunnel sideways and smashes into a water-filled barrels (impact attenuators) and then a wall, thus stalling the car. That wasn’t even scripted. The car actually smashed into a wall and stalled!
