It's also has some things that you need that should have downloaded through Steam. Check the requirements needed for the deluxe Motorsport mod, and anything that you need to download for deluxe Motorsport, it might need stuff too. For instance, ScriptHookV might need ragehook plugin. (I don't know, I'm just giving an example. If there is still a problem after, it must be a problem either loading the plugin or when it tries to load the objects.
