Hi, thank you, the child friendly one, that takes all the bad stuff out!!

Hello all, my 9 year old loves GTA but his mum (for obvious reasons) won't let him play it, he has pointed me to this site I am wanting to download this mod for him but he has an xbox one, firstly is it available on the xbox or just the PC? He has a gaming computer coming at Christmas but doesn't know it yet !!
Any help & advice is much appreciated. Thanks.
