i had this same issue for a damn month....thanks for that helpful thinking i am going to try this and then i'm going to do a video on it so at least for us new folks getting into gta5 modding....we can look for this..what was your fix for that

youtube the subject you are discussing, maybe "how to install gta5 mods pc" and you can find some videos..also there are some tutorials here as well

I have done everything stated by moving files over into the gta5 folder, but for some reason I cannot get it to pop up by pressing F3 or F4 or any of the "F" buttons..no idea what i'm doing wrong..lil help would be awesome
