For some reason, SPA doesn't fully work for me. The icons appear on the map, I can go to any apartment and enter the buying part but then.... nothing. I press "OK" to buy the apartment or house but it does nothing. Don't purchase the damn house. I've been trying to figure this out for days but I honestly have no idea why it's not working.

I have everything updated and the mod itself is loading but there's something wrong. I recently found this on SPA log:
