Also have you tried the heap limit adjuster https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/heap-limit-adjuster-600-mb-of-heap or the packfile limit adjuster https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/packfile-limit-adjuster soundcloud downloader along with Gameconfig.xml 4.0: https://www.gta5-mods.com/misc/gameconfig-xml-dilapidated ? Try running one or all of those to see if that helps.
