No I do not have Start quadcopter on the pop up in the top left when I press the touch TAB but I can see the weapon wheel.
I tried to find the touch LB on the web but I did not find it, i do not know this button on my keyboard.

I saw an another think, may be it is normal ?
GTA utilise dinput8.dll version 29/10/2014 in windows system32,
I changed autoristion with out trustedinstall and replace this one with the Dinput8.dll of quadcopter install, but GTA does not start.
I put back the old one and GTA start again.

I have windows 8.1 x64, GTA5 I bought this one in December
I install GTA5 2 time.
When I touch the TAB key, I can see the wheel of weapon but nothing for quacoptere.

I tried with out Firewal and antivirus, quadcopter 1,2,1 doesn't start
I install 2 time GTA5 and same situation.
I follow this
How do I get into quadcopter mode? 
-Make sure the player is on foot and not moving.  I did and not start
-Open the weapon wheel. (A textbox should pop up)  I can open the weapon wheel but only
-Press the specified button. (Gamepad button A by default)  I did that also

My taranis work very well with the x360ce_x64

I try also to have menu with A and X but normal it doesn't work, it was just for test.
I installed all visual C++ redistributable in case,
2005 , 2008, 2010, 2012, 2013 and 2015.

I installed the new Driver for NVIDIA
I have directx 11

Do you have more Idea ?

I tried with LeFixSimpleFuel.asi and it work very well, also with Native trainer.
I thinking about the french keyboard and tried another one but nothing.
with virtual keyboard doesn't work.
Many french people use quadcopter 1.2.1 in FRANCE and they are very happy.
