Hi there. I was trying to mod the hex files and managed to totally break my game, so I decided to ask here for some help.

I just not like the scraping sound the rims do and find them kind of ugly, but I am also not quite happy with bulletproof tires. I wish that the tires remain on the rims, even when flat. Is it possible somehow? How can it be done, please?
