Another thing is, I think Redux introduces OL-only vehicles to generic traffic and spawns, I've seen a B-11 Strikeforce fly across in the Derailed mission while running Redux, though after removing it I also see Coil Raidens in traffic...

It... Helped with draw distance and framerate in some way I can't explain, and the loading time seemed to be faster. Though yeah, I probably will choose keeping my other mods over it if it goes wrong again.
Another thing: Which way do you recommend in making the game online-ready? Bilago often deletes things I forget to copy manually.
I got just the opposite problem: Redux not showing up when it should. Seems if you remove the rfp in the mods folder it will be gone, at least that's how I lost my Redux.
New problem, this time it's Redux missing. Only thing I installed is Single Player Apartments.
Might have the same problem I had a few days ago, do you have Heap Limit Adjuster and Package Limit File Adjuster? If not, they might help.
Also, maybe replace Script Hook, both base and Dot Net versions.

I installed these two things into the game base folder, and click the "disable mods on exit" option in Bilago.

Now the game is running with both Redux and DLL mods as far as I can tell; but I can't understand what I did.
Now I think the problem comes from Bilago instead of OpenIV:

Steam bought, version up to date.
Previously, I've used Bilago just fine though this is the first time I used its copy RPF function. Redux is the only OIV file I've installed, and I copied the common.rpf from the mod folder created by OpenIV.
